We look to co-build a startup with product visionaries and engineers who have conceived and are building but may not yet have launched an initial product. We will help propel your business, achieve product-market fit and position it for growth.

We have been early stage operators ourselves and will work closely with you to ramp quickly but wisely. We can support you to varying degrees depending on your needs - at a deep level, filling key roles on a transitional basis through critical stages of your startup's growth, or in a lighter way, advising and supporting your team. OUR TEAM
SW21 was launched in 2021 by Gregory Sukornyk and Marc Wayne to put their experience to work helping promising very early stage startups get off the ground.
Gregory Sukornyk
Greg has been building tech startups for the past 25 years. A lover of outdoor adventures, he has a passion for innovative solutions in education and cleantech. Having worked extensively with large mobile carriers, travel operators and media groups across a few startups, he loves models that leverage relationships with global partners tapping the billions of people with mobile devices in a clever way.
Marc Wayne
Marc is a lifelong entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in starting and operating early stage ventures. He has built and sold a number of innovative companies and raised over $100M in seed funding. Recently, Marc founded Bedrocan Canada Inc, one of the first federally licensed producers of medical cannabis in Canada and took the company public in 2014, only the second public cannabis company at that time. Bedrocan merged with Tweed, later becoming Canopy Growth Corporation.
